A Letter from Sareyyet Ramallah to the Ramallah Municipal Council, 1965
Dated July 13, 1965, this handwritten letter in Arabic was sent from Adel 'Owais, the Secretary of Sareyyet Ramallah Scout Council, to the Head and members of the Ramallah Municipal Council requesting permission to open a food buffet to sell sandwiches, refreshments, and soft drinks during the official and unofficial rehearsals for the Fourth Ramallah Festival.
