Hamdi al-Khatib's Interview with the Palestinian Museum, 'Never Part' Exhibition, 2013
This video clip documents Hamdi al-Khatib's interview with the Palestinian Museum as part of the "Never Part" project. In this project, the museum aimed to collect stories related to highly cherished and valuable belongings preserved by Palestinians, which serve as epitomes of their connection to their homeland. Al-Khatib, a resident of the displaced village of Qalunya, preserves a printing press machine that was used since the early 1950s to print publications related to the Arab Nationalist Movement and later publications of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine during its founding period.
