Letters from Prisoners in Israeli Prisons to Nihad Abughosh, the 1980s

Printed in Arabic, English, and French by the Red Cross International Committee, this document shows a family letter handwritten in Arabic by Palestinian prisoner in Bir al-Sabi Prison Khaled Yousef Abughosh to prisoner Nihad Abughosh in the Mahata Prison in Jordan. In the letter, Abughosh addresses news of Palestinian prisoners' accomplishments in Zionist prisons including holding weekly educational meetings, publishing a joint magazine and library with Rifaq al-Wehdeh (Unity Comrades). He also reassures him of his wellbeing and sends his greetings to all imprisoned comrades.
