Patriotic Phrases and Slogans On a Wall in ad-Dheisheh Camp, Bethlehem, 2015
Taken in 2015, this photograph captures patriotic slogans spray-painted on a wall in ad-Dheisheh Refugee Camp in Bethlehem including the name of the shaheed "Ahmad Musleh" who was killed on 23 April 2006 in Bethlehem and shaheed "Daniel Abu Hamameh" who was killed on 23 April 2006. Other phrases include "You Are Alive Within Us, Jihad", in memory of the shaheed Jihad al-Ja'fary who was killed on 24 February 2015 and "Long Lives Your Memory, Kifah", in memory of shaheed Kifah 'Obaid who was killed on 25 November 2001 in Bethlehem. The phrases are signed with the logos of Fatah and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
