Patriotic Phrases and Slogans On a Wall in ad-Dheisheh Camp, Bethlehem, 2015
Taken in 2015, this photograph captures patriotic slogans spray-painted on a wall in ad-Dheisheh Refugee Camp in Bethlehem including the "When Bullets are Shot, Shaheeddom is the Closest Path to the Homeland" phrase in memory of Saleh al-'Ammaren who was killed on 23 January 2013 in Bethlehem. The phrase is signed with the "Friends of the Shaheed" and the logo of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
