 Taken in the 1990s, this photograph shows the al-Jazzar Mosque, its yard, minaret, dome, Sabeel at-Tasat in its yard and its surrounding palm trees in the occupied Old City of Acre.  It is noteworthy that the al-Jazzar Mosque is one of the most important and largest mosques in the occupied city of Acre. The mosque was built in the eighteenth century AD during the reign of Ahmed Pasha al-Jazzar.
