Handwritten on 6 December 1999, this document shows a letter from Abu al-Hassan Ali to prisoners Muhammad Naser, Tawfik Ibrahim and Amjad Theeb, congratulating them on Ramadan wishing them a soon release, telling them how he is participating in activities related to the prisoners' cause through the marches, conventions, visits and writing letters and meeting with high authorities, and mentioning that they received Muhammad Naser and Abu Khalid's letter.
