Handwritten on 14 September 1995 by prisoner Muhammad Ibrahim Naser, This document shows a piece of paper that has notes about the Muslim Brotherhood policies and how he agrees with Hassan al-Banna in the essence of the concept, but he also believes in the necessity of having a clear policy of the supreme leadership of the movement in all Islamic regions and circles, and the existence of a mandatory capacity for positions and decisions, which allows the concentration and pooling of energies and directing them to the public interest.
