Summary of IADL Conference Continuation, Paris, 1979

Written in English, this document shows the summary continuation of the International Association of Democratic Lawyers (IADL) conference from 29 to 30 September 1979, which discussed the details of the Camp David Agreement, and an assessment of its legality from the perspective of international law, especially after the agreement ignored the United Nations (UN) resolution, which condemned the annexation of East Jerusalem to Israel in 1969, which in turn constitutes a violation of the principles of international law. This decision reflects the fact of building a new military alliance between the United States of America (USA), Israel and Egypt in order to defeat the peoples of the region and to give Israel the tacit approval to perpetuate its occupation of the Palestinian territories.
