A Case before the Nazareth Magistrate's Court, 1951
Written in Arabic, this archival document shows the details of the case of Yousef Ibrahim Ahmad’s complaint against Mohammad Ali as-Saleh, at the Nazareth Magistrate Court on 3 August 1951, both of whom are from the village of Arrabat al-Battuf, and there is documentation of two charges. The first is an illegal attack on another person, the second is defamation and slander against another person publicly and illegally, while the third charge revolves around the motive behind the attack, which was aimed at preventing the victim from voting in the elections for the Communist Party.
