Hanna Naqara's Speech during the World Peace Campaign
Handwritten, most likely during the 1970s, this archival item shows Hanna Nakkara's speech during a meeting in the Tel Aviv settlement during the participation of the Friendship Movement between Israel and the Soviet Union in the global peace campaign decided by the Permanent World Peace Committee in Paris to support the struggling democratic forces led by the Soviet Union, where Nakkara stressed the need to promote peace between the Arab and Jewish people in the region, and to unite the working class against racial discrimination and oppression.
