"From ad-Dheisha to Paris", Issue No. 1 of al-Qaous Magazine, December 1995
Issued in December 1995, this document shows a clipping from issue no.1 of al-Qaous Magazine featuring an article titled "The First Scenes of the Bitter Palestinian Scenario from ad-Dheisha to Paris" that documents the establishment of the ad-Dheisheh Refugee Camp in Bethlehem, and the repressive practices of the Israeli Occupation. The article was inspired by the experience of the children of Ibda'a Center who performed outside Palestine, where it narrates the story of Mervat Issa Sarabteh and her suffering during the First Intifada, including the shaheeddom of her father and the injury of members of her family, in addition to the story of the thirteen-year-old child Muhammad and his suffering in the Camp.
