An Ottoman Khaqani Deed for Saeed Safarini, the Property Registry Office, 9 June 1904
Issued by the Nablus Land and Property Registry in Beirut; as per the administrative divisions of the Ottoman Empire, on 25 Rabi al-Awal 1319 AH corresponding 9 June 1904, this document shows an Ottoman Khaqani Deed for Saeed Abdulrahman Safarini confirming his ownership of a government plot of land in Tulkarm; as per the Daftar Khaqani of 1319 AH 1901 AD. This deed states that the original owners of said property are Yousef, Aysha, and Sa'dah Younes and that it is bordered; south and east, by a plot of land for Naser al-Issa, Abu Jamous's son plot to the north, and a plot for Taha and Abbas to the south.
