“Sale Declaration Contract” Between Farida Ali and Amin Abdel-Baqi, 10 August 1942
Handwritten in Arabic, this hand-written agreement for the sale of land in Arabic in Kafr al-Labad, Tulkarm District, is between the first party Farida bint Sheikh Muhammad Ali and the second party, Sheikh Amin Abdel-Baqi, where it was agreed that the first party would sell to the second party all the benefits agreed upon in Hakoura, and the first party received 7 pounds from the second, the agreement also includes the signatures of the two parties and witnesses.
