"The Case of Aroud Farrah Land", a Letter by Isam al-Anani, 9 October 1985
Issued in Arabic, this document shows a letter titled "The Case of Aroud Farrah Land" sent by Isam al-Anani, the Awqaf lawyer, on 9 October 1985 to the head of the Islamic Awqaf in Jerusalem. Through it, al-Anani informs the Awqaf Department of his attempt to find a solution to the issue of Aroud Farrah’s land in Hebron, which's ownership is under the rule of the Israeli occupation, and negotiate with all parties until the land is registered in the name of the Awqaf.
