An Official Letter From the Office of the Israeli Prime Minister to Anwar Nusseibeh, Jerusalem, 30 January 1972

Printed in English, this archival item documents an official letter from the Director of the Israeli Prime Minister Office, " Simcha Dinitz" sent on 30 January 1972, where she asks Nussiebeh to find attached a set of notes on the previously held talks between Anwar Nusseibeh and the Israeli Prime Minister back in the day, "Golda Meir", apologizes for not sending them earlier and confirms on the apologies of the Prime Minister's Office for their delay in establishing the second contact due to other preoccupations.  The talks were held on Friday, 21 January 1972 in Jerusalem, in the presence of the Prime Minister's Political Advisor, "Simcha Dinitz", the discussed topics were based on the "United Nations Security Council Resolution 242" such as the issues of finding peace between the two countries, the borders built are to protect "Israel" from any attack not to separate between its people in addition to delivering the civil rights for the two.  It is worth mentioning that the letter was found in an envelope headed by the "Prime Minister's Burea - Jerusalem" and followed by a description stressing on the confidentiality of this document and shall not be distributed.
