Partnership Agreement between Nuzha Nusseibeh and Jweid al-Ghussain, 1963

A partnership agreement and the establishment of a regular company between Nuzha Anwar Nusseibeh and Jaweed Tawfiq al-Ghussain, so that the partnership begins on 20 July 1960 for an unlimited period, where the partner must be given a 3-month prior written notice in the event that one of them decides to terminate the partnership, and the company’s goal as stated is to carry out contracting works from paving roads and the construction of bridges, buildings and all kinds of undertakings, commercial and industrial businesses, agencies and others, so that the company’s headquarters is in the city of Amman, and it is permissible to open a branch for it in all parts of the Kingdom and abroad, with a capital of 100,000 dinars to be paid equally between the partners.
