A Letter from A. Anderson to Anwar Nusseibeh, 24 October 1960
Found in the Sari Nusseibeh Collection, owned by his father Anwar Nusseibeh and printed in English, this document shows a letter dated 24 October 1960 from A. Anderson in London to Anwar Nusseibeh in Beirut, where he tells him about his trip from Jordan to South Africa, as he says that it was full of various activities, then he expresses his gratitude towards Nusseibeh and his wife for their kind reception of him at dinner with Bill Bevis, and he hopes to visit him one day in London and take his sister with him, when she can come easily because after finishing her studies in the French capital, Paris. He ends his letter by emphasizing that his letter is passed through Bill Bavis because he does not know Nusseibeh's address in Jordan and expresses his longing for another meeting that brings them together.
