A Contract of Agreement Between Yousif Abu Baker and Hafeth Abu Baker

This archival item documents a handwritten contract of agreement between the first party represented by Saleh Abu Baker while the second is represented by Hafeth Saleh Abu Baker, whereby the first party intends to sell the second party three-quarters of the share originally from 22 shares of the lands for 2 Palestinian Pounds which were previously paid by the second party for the first party and the first vowed on the complete renunciation for the second at the Land Registry Department whenever it is assigned to do so and the first is obligated to handover this share once the contract is signed and they both vowed to never break any condition of those listed in the contract and if they to do so, then, one of the parties has to pay for the other.
