A Land Sale Agreement Between Muhammad al-Yacoub and Muhammad Owaisi

This archival item documents a land sale agreement between Muhammad Abdullah al-Yacoub representing the first part while the buying party is represented by Muhammad Azzamel and they are both from Baqqa al-Gharbiyee; whereas the first party vowed on their behalf and the given legal proxy from his brother and mother to sell the land that is part of Khirbit Masadeh which is near a busy road and from the west, it is surrounded by the land of Abdullah's inheritors, while from the north stands the land of the buyer and to the east stands the land of Hasan al-Jaber for 1050 pennies and this was witnessed by Ismael Saleh al-Jaber, Yousif al-Jaber, Suliman Qadan, Hassan al-Issa and others.
