A "Lease and Rental Contract" Between Muhammad Abederrahman and Rida Mahmmoud
This archival item documents a lease and rental contract for a residence with a yard and an outer garden between Muhammad Abedrrahman who is the landlord and Rida Mahmmoud who is the tenant and they are both from the village of Baqaa al-Gharibiyee for 2 Pounds and 250 Palestinian Mils in return for the rent to be paid by the tenant to the landlord between nine months starting from 11 January 1941 and 30 September 1941. The contract was testified by Abed al-Aziz Assaleh and Rashid Aref and the document also included Palestinian stamps in addition to two fingerprints.
