A House Sale Contract Between Muhammad Abu Hasan and Muhammad Aberrahman, 14 August 1941

This archival item documents a handwritten house sale contract on 14 August 1941 between the first party of Muhammad al-Habbad Abu Hasan and the second party of Muhamamd Abederrahman and they are both from the village of Baqqa al-Gharbiyee; whereas the first party has approved to sell their house with a benefit for 13 Palestinian Pounds and a half.  The second party pledged once the Land Settlement Commission is present in Baqqa al-Gharbiyee to register all the house and benefits in the name of the second party and to hand over the house and its benefits once this contract is signed and if any of the parties are to violate any condition of this agreement, then, they are to pay 13 Palestinian pounds and this was testified by Ahmad Abederrahman, Ahmad Abederrahman and Jameel Khdier.  The document features Palestinian stamps.
