Contract of Incorporation and Registration of a Private Joint-Stock Hotel Company

This document shows a contract of incorporation and registration of a private joint-stock hotel company for the heirs of the late Zaki and Hasan Nusseibeh, represented by them as the First Party Anwar and Muhammad Nusseibeh, as they act jointly among themselves according to their inherited shares in the property located on Salah ad-Din Street in Jerusalem, where the property includes shops, stores and a hotel that the owners started building and did not complete. The hotel consists of nine floors and contains 131 rooms so the cost of fully equipping it is estimated at 3 million JDs, subject to increase or decrease. The second party, who are the financiers, agreed to participate in this work, after which the contract indicated the terms of this partnership resulting from both parties and the distribution of payments with a statement of the banks that will be dealt with to complete the payment.
