Dated 4 February 1932, this 1-page document shows the speech of the Commander-in-Chief of the Transjordan Frontier Force in the city of Zarqa, as he gave this speech on the occasion of handing severaler of Border Force officers the King's Medal Sword in honour of them, and among them was Yousef Ali Hussein Bey. This letter included some of the controls and provisions governing the recipient of this Sword.
