At first, he wrote about its area in 1947 and the number of its Arabs and Jews, then about the changes that occurred in the distribution of the area according to the partition decision issued on 29 November 1947, to show the distribution of areas and how did the area of the Jewish state increase at the expense of the Arab one, the increase in the population and the consideration of Jerusalem as an international area. Then, he wrote about establishing economic relations between the two states and ending the British Mandate over Palestine no later than 1 August 1948.
