Basic Law of the Sect Council of the Orthodox Church, Haifa, 1959
Issued in 1959, this document is titled "The Basic Law of the Sect Council of the Arab Orthodox Community in Haifa and Its Representative Body", and it includes all the articles issued in the Basic Law of the sect in 1957, which regulate the financial affairs of the sect in addition to the organization of institutes, temples and other institutions, and clarifies the mechanisms for electing the Council and the Commission. The 1959 law contains new articles regulating the management of sect property and charitable works, in addition to articles regulating temples, cemeteries and scientific institutes.
