Found in 1911 by Issa Dawood al-Issa, this issue of the Palestine Newspaper is dated 3 May 1949, which is a political, news and illustrated newspaper, the issue includes several subjects and headlines such as:  1- The Jews occupy the areas designated for them in the armistice in southern Jerusalem. 2 - Israel is ready to allow the return of some of the Palestinian refugees, who number about 800,000, and that the refugee problem is one of the problems that the tripartite conciliation committee is discussing with the delegates of the Arab and Jewish countries. 3- King Abdullah visits the Iraqi army in Zarqa to congratulate them on the birthday of His Majesty King Faisal II. 4- Riyad as-Solh and Adel Arslan travel to Baghdad to continue efforts to improve relations between Arab countries. 5- The Arab countries informed their delegates at the Lausanne Conference that it might be necessary to withdraw from the conference if the Jews refused to implement the United Nations resolution regarding the return of refugees to their homeland and compensation. 6- The Iraqi Ministry of Defense issued a statement on the efforts made by the Iraqi army in the Palestine war. 7- Lifting control over kerosene distribution and fixing prices to prevent exploitation. 8- The International Red Cross will provide tangible assistance to the Hospice Hospital in Jerusalem.
