Handwritten, this document shows a Friday Khutbah titled "Urging to Seek Halal" given by Imam Marouf Shtayyeh at a mosque in the village of Salem in the 1970s, which he began by praising Allah and mentioning the importance of a person coming Halal actions, meaning to live and do according to Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, such as selling, buying, not dealing in Riba, eating and drinking what is allowed in Islam and staying away from what is forbidden.
