Handwritten, this document shows a Friday Khutbah titled "Violating Human Rights is Haram by Shari'ah" given by Imam Marouf Shtayyeh at a mosque in the village of Salem to the northeast of Nablus in the 1980s, which he began by praising Allah and mentioned Shari'ah assuring the respect of human dignity and rights, while condemning the violation of their rights and lives, as he supported his speech with several Quran verses and Hadiths.
