Addressed by the scoutmaster to the Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) Secretary, this letter notifies that the Scouts Council has received their letter on 27 Sep 1953 and that the scoutmaster has also notified the Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) Board of Honor the truth of the letter so that Hanna Rabah can look into it.
