Addressed by Samy Tautah to the Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) Board of Honor Secretary, this letter presents the board with a problem Tautah had gone through whilst playing a football game when Anis el-Qaʿud arrived drunk with 3 of his friends. Because Tautah wouldn't let his non-member friends join the game, el-Qaʿud responded unethically in front of the public by cursing Sareyyet Ramallah and all its members.
