A letter by Anis el-Qaʿud to the Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) Board of Honor of a complaint he made against Samy Tautah claiming that Tautah had cursed him and this resulted in him hitting Tautah. In his letter, el-Qaʿud asks the Board of Honor to take the necessary actions to prevent this problem from happening again in the future. The document was found among the Sareyyet Ramallah Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) files: Received letters are from the Scouts Council.
