A Letter by the Sareyyet Ramallah Scoutmaster to the Sareyyet Ramallah Senior Scouts (Jawaleh) Board of Honor Secretary Explaining How to Form a Board of Honor Through Laws
Addressed by Sareyyet Ramallah scoutmaster on behalf of the Scouts Council to the Jawaleh, this letter shows the council how the Board of Honor is formed using guidelines and laws. At the end of the letter, the scoutmaster advises that the laws be implemented based on knowledge and not literally. He added that the Jawaleh and Board of Honor should make a decision amongst themselves how they can work to form the board.
