A letter from Sareyyet Ramallah's scoutmaster to the scoutmaster requesting to do some arrangements such as cleaning and preparing the toilets, in addition to cleaning the path leading to them, and moving the firewood to a further place, and expanding the path leading to the camp's entrance. The letter isn't attached by any date, nor any heading of Sareyyet Ramallah.
