Minutes of a meeting held by the Arab Brotherhood Association, a branch of the Arab-Ottoman Brotherhood Association, on First al-Bireh Group premises on 10/4/1954; it states that the association's administrative body accepted the membership application of Taybeh Scout. Also, according to the MoM, the association: will look into applying to the Arab Scout Regional Office (a branch of the World Organization of the Scout Movement), will send a letter to all participating scouts to attend the association's meetings, and discussed the proposal of creating a summer camp.
