Issue 26 of the al-Mahd magazine, issued on 7 December 1952, and is a weekly, political and literary magazine, which was published in Bethlehem, where Ayoub Msallam was the franchisee and chief editor, while Nabil Shehadeh al-Khoury was its managing editor, Saba al-Bandak was its managing director, and his assistant was Mikhail Salim Kanawati. On its fourth page, the magazine published thought by Yaqoub al-Awdat, known as the masked Bedouin, about his trip to South America, and on its tenth page, the magazine addressed what was stated in one of the bulletins by the American priest Donaldson about prejudice and insulting to Tawfiq Qattan, the Deputy of Bethlehem Judiciary.
