Issue No. 276 of the Official Palestine Newspaper, 1 March 1931

Issued on 1 March 1931, this document shows issue no. 276 of the Official Palestine Newspaper featuring official government announcements including suspending the rights tables in some villages, initiating a settlement in the village of Beit Hanoun, declaring some villages free of the epidemic, licensing doctors and others, nightly written telegrams, the centres of the new survey department, the centres of the new Survey Department, lists of the movement of immigrants to Palestine and the displaced from it, a list of names change, the budget for income and expenditures, quarantine and communicable diseases. This is in addition to official government announcements regarding laws and legislation and amendments thereto. The issue was printed in Azriel Press in Jerusalem, where the price of the copy was fifty mils and was published twice a month. Said official government announcements and amendments include:  Law No. 34 of 1931 passed. Appointment of the Consul General of Italy. Orders under the Urban Property Tax Law for the year 1928-1929, including the appointment of the assessment inspectors, the appointment of a new member to the Appellate Review Committee in Be'r as-Saba, and the review of the assessment in Jaffa, Gaza, Ramle, Lod and Jerusalem. An order to apply the Property Tax Law in Cities for the year 1928-1929 to Bethlehem, Beit Jala and Ramallah, and to appoint appraisal committees in them. An order under the Road Transport Law regarding the vehicles of the Palestinian Potash Company. An order under the Crafts and Industries Organization Act of 1929 regarding the amendment of the schedule. Order under the Municipal Elections Act of 1926. A system under the Pensions Act of 1925. A regulation under the Animal Diseases Act regarding licenses to slaughter animals. Nablus Municipality's car parking system. Definition on the transportation of building materials under the Railways Act. The Petah Tikva Colony Local Council's regulation regarding closing times for stores and shops. Declaration under the tax exemption law. Declaration under the Animal Diseases Act. Agreement on the passage of mineral oils for the Iraqi Petroleum Company to Palestine. The entry into force of the Copyright Act 1911. Palestine's accession to the International Radio Telegraph Treaty.
