Issued on 16 June 1931, this document shows issue no. 285 of the Official Palestine Newspaper featuring official government announcements including the municipality of Acre's system, the temporary approval of planning projects in Jaffa, the suspension of the claims tables in Barqa and other villages, announcements regarding the start of settlement in some villages, night telegrams, and damaged banknotes, lists of the movement of immigrants to Palestine and those displaced from it, lists of the sale of unclaimed goods, and lists of quarantine and communicable diseases. In addition to official government announcements regarding laws and legislation and amendments thereto. The issue was printed in Azriel Press in Jerusalem, where the price of the copy was fifty mils and was published twice a month. Said official government announcements and amendments include:  Implementation of the amended Railways Law No. 4 of 1931. Issuance of the following draft laws: Amended Cinema Condition Law of 1931, Amended Procedure Law of 1931, Amended Plant Protection Law of 1931. Cancellation of permits to acquire Palestinian nationality and naturalization certificates. Orders under the Municipal Zoning Law of 1925 regarding the boundaries of the municipalities of Bethlehem and Beit Jala. An order under the Urban Property Tax Law regarding the appointment of a member of the Appeal Committee in Safed. Orders under the Land Settlement Act 1928-1930 appointing settlement commissioners with additional powers. System Under the Road Transportation Act of 1929, the car market is located on the Rickshon Bridge. A system under the Prisons Act of 1921 to grant special treatment to certain prisoners. The rules of trials in each of trials of juvenile criminals for the year 1931, trials before the amended Central Courts for the year 1931, and trials before the Magistrates’ Courts (motor decisions) for the year 1931. Two announcements under the Customs Duty-Free Law of 1924: an announcement regarding the amendment of the schedule, and an announcement regarding the addition of an appendix to the schedule. Declaration under the Animal Diseases Act of 1926 declaring Sepphoris an endemic area. Declaration of Compensation for Losses and Disorders of 1929 (issued in Hebrew only). An announcement about allowing the an-Nidaa newspaper to enter Palestine. Tariff for the carriage of goods under the Railways Act.
