Funeral of Father Grace Touma, Beit Jala, 9 April 1935
This photograph shows the funeral of Father Jeries Ishaq Touma, showing many of the Beit Jala residents participating in the funeral ceremonies, including girls, boys, scouts, men and women from the town. It is reported that the priest died on Sunday, 7 April 1935, and burial and funeral ceremonies were held on Tuesday, 9 April 1935.
