A Letter from Boutros Touma to Carlos Touma, Concepción, the 1980s
Sent in the 1980s, this document shows a letter from Boutros Touma residing in the city of Concepción in Chile to Carlos Touma "Khalil Touma" his nephew residing in Beit Jala, briefly mentioning his story when he was against the rule of the Turks and fought for the rights of the citizens of Beit Jala. He also mentions that he documented the deaths and births in the town and that the Pastor was held captive in Istanbul due to his political actions.
