Boutros Touma's Journey to Latin America, 1949

Written in August 1949, this document shows a notebook for Boutros Khalil Touma, Khalil Touma's uncle (the owner of the collection). In this notebook, Touma describes his difficult journey traveling from Palestine to Jordan to Greece to Senegal in Africa and then to Argentina and eventually to Chile; the place where he met his siblings; Mariam, Maria and Issa. He also wrote about the history of the Touma family in Beit Jala with the help of Pastor Ishaq Touma, Hilweh Hanna Touma, Muhna Hanna Touma and Hanneh Hanna Touma. He started writing it in August 1949 in Beit Jala.
