Abu al-Ajab during the Nuwar Nisan Week, Ramallah, 1996
Taken in the middle of Ramallah in 1996, this photograph shows Adel Tartir (aka Abu al-Ajab) from one of the "Hikayat Abu al-Ajab" shows during the Nuwar Nisan (The Blooms of April) Week from 19 to 26 April 1996, where he performed a theatre shows titled "Hitha at-Tanbouri (The Shoes of at-Tanbouri)" between the people on the street and those who wanted to hear the rest of the story should head to Sareyyat Ramallah's fields.
