Taken in the mid-1960s, this photograph shows Abdel-Karim al-Alami, Ahmad Shukeiri, and a number of the founders of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in front of the organisation's headquarters in the Sheikh Jarrah Neighbourhood, Jerusalem. Notably, the PLO headquarters is across from the Saint-John Eyes Hospital which was owned by the Barakat Family.
