Taken by Ali Za'arur in September 1949, this photograph shows Abdel-Karim al-Alami with a number of the office's staff and a foreign woman standing near them. It also shows al-Alami overseeing the flour provided to Palestinian refugees during the implementation of the Refugee Assistance Project organised by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
