Issued on 1 January 1931, this document shows issue no. 296 of the Official Palestine Newspaper featuring official government announcements including announcing some villages as free from the epidemic, announcing the start of settlement in the village of al-Muharraqa, suspending the tables of claims in Lod and suspending the rights tables in Sarafand al-Amar, amending the planning of the Qatamon organization area, and a system for licensing bicycles in the areas of some municipalities and local councils in the southern district. Two statements by the Director of General Statistics on the number of Palestinian people and the number of Palestinian cities. Two orders under the Land Settlement Law, which are an order regarding minimum plots in some villages and an order to authorize the assistant settlement officials with additional powers. An announcement under the Customs Law regarding the designation of a place for landing flammable oils on land. Announcement under the Pensions Act. Declaring some villages as endemic areas under the Animal Diseases Act.
