A Manuscript on the Jurisprudence of Worship and Transactions in Islam, the late 1700s
Dating back to the 1790s, this document shows a part of a manuscript that included chapters on the jurisprudence of worship and transactions in Islam and addressed a variety of subjects, such as the terms and provisions of marriage and divorce; enforcing God's prescribed punishment on the adulterer, the murderer, the thief, the apostate and the disobedient person; food and beverages; the penance of oath; the Zakat; the terms of transactions in terms of selling and buying; fasting; prayer; I'tikaf and Hajj.
