Printed in Arabic and issued by the Comercial Press in Jerusalem, this 60-paged document shows a book discussing the history and development of the Arab Development Society (ADS) from 1944 to 1966. ADS is a charitable association that does not interfere in politics and does not aim for financial profit, with headquarters in the city of Jericho. The matter of its establishment was discussed for the first time at the Arab Conference in Alexandria in 1944. The Society aims for health and urban development, in addition to improving the economic and social situation of Arab farmers and other objectives addressed in the book. The book includes a definition of the Society and its history and how its idea originated and was manifested, as well as deals with its statute and internal system.
