Handwritten on 29 October 1948, this document shows an eyewitness narration about the issuance of orders by the leadership of the Salvation Army stationed in the rest of the Galilee under Arab control to prevent curfews and blackouts, due to an Arab attack that will be launched in the village of Bi'ina, as well as in other villages in the Galilee region.
