Taken in the 1980s, this photograph shows two special needs children, supervised by a blind trainer, who is teaching them mathematical skills, those children are permanent tenants at the House of Hope Association for the Blind and Special Needs, as the Association provides accommodation services including sleep, eating, drinking and health care.
