Taken in the 1990s, this photograph shows Yousef Kheir, the supervisor of the wood workshop at the House of Hope Association for the Blind and Special Needs in Bethlehem, where the Association provided the blind with shelter and psychological services in addition to health and occupational care to enable them to use some traditional industries.
